My chicken salad sandwich with Rye bread was amazing.The side of potato salad was like your mom or Grandma used to make delicious.It's a smaller venue, but you can tell the locals like it.I will be here again and again.The pistachio cake best I've ever had.

First time here. My husband had 2 slices at work and insisted we go. This is one of those hidden gem type places. The place isn't large, however, people were standing at the door for.over 10 minutes waiting for a table. That's a sign that a place must be worth the wait. Upon entry the staff doesn't greet you, and you basically seat yourself (no sign to do this). We saw a woman come in before us sitting down. She told us to seat ourselves because that's what she did. After we sat down, we were greeted by our server. He was friendly and we told him it was our first time visiting and he took our drink orders and then our entrée orders. Now to the food: the sauce for the wings, homemade chips, and shrimp were delicious. Our pizza and our daughter's pizza were delicious also. Very light and thin. We also ordered a pizza to go. If you want good pizza in a cozy atmosphere, then this is the place for you.

love this place! excellent food, nice staff, going drinks. Small place so expect to wait during peak but worth it. Attentive friendly staff without being pushy. Burgers are awesome (Rick-a-roo for me please) and the wraps are a favorite, the 9" pizza is delicious and hubby says the Reuben is wonderful.

This place is great. Stoped in for some st paddy’s day celebration and couldn’t be happier with the experience. There was a wait to get a table but good things come to those who wait. Awesome food amazing staff and great vibes all around. If you’re in doubt stop in and check em out. 9/10 for me. We will be back soon!

Tavern 42 did NOT disappoint. The food was great and the service. We ordered the following:Salmon BLT WrapBuffalo Shrimp WrapLemon Raspberry CakeEverything was good! The Salmon BLT was better than expected. The fries are my type of fry! The cake was chilled when we got it but we took it out and let get room temperature……PERFECTION! We will definitely be back to try more items.
